Our client support Dept is on duty 24/7 to reply to each of your assistance demands. Every single ticket you submit to us shall be replied to within up to sixty minutes. If your case requires the aid of an admin, we will address the ticket to the person in charge and will let you know that the issue is being resolved.

Our technical assistance team is going to be online for you day–and–night to to handle all support inquiry tickets that you submit. We offer technical assistance for all applications that are pre–installed on your machine. These include our in–house developed Web Control Panel, the preferred OS along with the server admin panel (in accordance with the VPS type).

Each part of the Web Control Panel that comes absolutely free with your VPS includes an internal collection of articles. You’ll find a range of descriptive how–to posts and an array of step–by–step video courses that illustrate all the fundamental site maintenance responsibilities. You can use them by clicking on the Help or Video control keys in the right side of each Control Panel section.
